No, There is not any fee to attend tryouts

What should the player bring to tryouts?

Please bring water, soccer cleats, shin guards, and appropriate athletic wear. Be prepared to show your skills, fitness, and teamwork abilities.

How will I be notified if the player make the team?

After tryouts, selected players will receive an email or phone call with the results and next steps. If not selected, we’ll also provide feedback and encourage players to continue developing their skills for future opportunities.

Is there a registration fee?

How much are the monthly payments?

When are the monthly payments due?

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of every month. We offer an automatic payment option to ensure that payments are made on time.

Can I pay for the season upfront?

Yes, you can choose to pay for the entire season upfront. We offer a small discount for those who prefer this option. Please contact our admin team for more details on full-season payments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

Where are the training sessions held?

Training sessions are held at Palmetto Middle School located at 7351 Southwest 128th Street, Pinecrest, FL 33156. For directions and parking information, please visit our “Fields” page on the website.

How long do training sessions last?

Each training session lasts for approximately 1 hour and 30 min.

What days are the training sessions?

Training sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What are the training hours?

Training hours range from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather on practice days?

We closely monitor the weather and will make a decision about cancellations based on safety. Light rain usually doesn’t stop practice, but for thunderstorms, heavy rain, or dangerous weather conditions, practices may be canceled.

How will I know if a practice or game is canceled due to weather?

If a practice or game is canceled due to weather, we will send out notifications on our channels communication:

- WhatsApp message,
- Club management app

Please ensure your contact information is up to date to receive timely notifications.

How much notice will I get if a practice is canceled?

We aim to notify families at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time in the event of a cancellation. However, weather can be unpredictable, and cancellations may occur closer to the start time.

Are practices rescheduled if canceled due to weather?

No, practices canceled due to weather conditions are typically not rescheduled. Due to the tight scheduling of fields and coaches, we are not obliged to make up for missed training sessions due to weather-related cancellations.

Does the club offer refunds for canceled practices or games due to weather?

No, the club does not offer refunds for practices or games canceled due to weather. Weather-related cancellations are considered an unavoidable circumstance, and we cannot provide compensation for missed sessions.
